Our Advocates have achieved an enviable record at the appeal level of the Workplace Safety & Insurance Board and at the Workplace Safety & Insurance Appeals Tribunal. At arbitration our Advocates have resolved issues ranging from discipline/discharge cases to complex duty to accommodate cases.

We provide our fee structure, accurate and timely billing with activity reports that accurately describe activities from the start of claim handling to the finish
We provide copies of all correspondence generated or received to both the Union and the member being assisted
