q We ensure that a member’s EI benefits are protected in all situations where there is a work interruption
q We co-ordinate EI benefits with WSIB/WCB benefits when appropriate
q We ensure that EI is repaid by WSIB when entitlement is granted
q We prepare and present appeals at the Board of Referees and Umpire levels
