With respect to contract language:
q We prepare contract language proposals to protect injured worker members of the Union with respect to return to work issues, seniority protection and continued benefit coverage with premium waivers, while the member is off work due to injury or illness
q We advise the Local Union on pension and benefits issues
q We advise Local Unions with respect to other contract language and we assist Local Unions in writing language to cover any other collective bargaining issues, problems or concerns
