Dennis Schweitzer

As an elected representative he handled WSIB, CPP and EI appeals for his members. As the labour co-chair of a return to work program at a major Canadian company, Dennis developed joint labour-management protocols for the program. He also served as Vice-Chairman of the Ontario WCB Board of Directors in 1994-95.

Rob Butler

Rob has been a Union activist for more than 25 years and is a Labour College graduate. He became a full time union representative in 1991, specializing in compensation and CPP appeals. He continues to be actively involved instructing WSIB courses for upcoming union activists.

Val Patrick

With over 20 years in the Steel industry, coupled with a decade in the University sector, Val has a unique combination of experience. He has successfully represented Unions in a wide variety of workplaces and is well known for his expertise in grievance arbitration.

John Martin

John has 25 years of extensive experience as a union advocate in all aspects of labour relations. Currently he presents WSIB and WSIAT appeals with special expertise in occupational disease claims. John was last Vice-Chairman of the WCB Board of Directors and is a past president of Local 1005 of the U.S.W.A., the largest industrial union local in Canada.

Ken Jeffery

Ken has greater than 20 years of extensive experience as a Union activist. He is a certified facilitator of Health & Safety with more than 32 years in the Steel industry. For better than 10 years Ken’s expertise and knowledge have helped him achieve in the fields of Arbitration, WSIB, WSIAT, CPP and Return to Work.
